Merry Christmas to our KING

As we celebrate Christmas this weekend, we will remember Christ coming to earth as the infant.  Our Savior who came as a child to live a perfect life so He could be our atoning sacrifice – THE LAMB OF GOD!

Oh, how grateful I am that the God of the universe made a way for sinful man to be in right relationship with Him so He could be our Father and we could be His children. Hallelujah!

Read the Christmas story with you family.  You can find it in Luke chapter 2 of the Holy Bible. This scripture is precious to believers because you can feel the love of God toward mankind.

But do not forget that our Savior, our King is the KING OF KINGS and LORD OF LORDS.  He is the Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end.  When He returns AND HE WILL, He will return as the LION OF JUDAH.  Every knee will bow and every tongue will confess Jesus Christ as LORD.

His very presence is holy and righteous and all mankind will quake when we see Him.  John walked with Him on earth and yet, when John saw Him this was John’s reaction to our coming King:

“13 … someone like a son of man, dressed in a robe reaching down to his feet and with a golden sash around his chest. 14 The hair on his head was white like wool, as white as snow, and his eyes were like blazing fire. 15 His feet were like bronze glowing in a furnace, and his voice was like the sound of rushing waters. 16 In his right hand he held seven stars, and coming out of his mouth was a sharp, double-edged sword. His face was like the sun shining in all its brilliance. 17 When I saw him, I fell at his feet as though dead…” Revelation 1:13-17

As we celebrate Christmas this weekend, I will be looking forward to the day that I see Him face to face – the coming King – THE LION OF JUDAH! …Hallelujah!
